Seeking Insights for Enhancing a Software Tool Designed for Accountants

Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to develop and deliver a software tool tailored specifically for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution allows the firm to conveniently collect invoices from clients through both mobile and web interfaces. The system automatically extracts relevant data from these invoices and seamlessly forwards it to their Accounting team.
As I embark on the next phase of development, my goal is to enhance and upgrade the system to further meet the needs of the accountants who utilize it. However, I find myself at a bit of a standstill since I don’t have direct access to the accountants for firsthand feedback on their experience or challenges with the current version.
