Seeking Insights for Enhancing an Accounting Tool for Better User Experience

Over the past year, I’ve dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This platform allows clients to submit invoices in various formats, either via phone or web, effectively streamlining data extraction for the accountants.
Now, the firm has requested an upgrade and improvements to the system. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I lack direct access to the accountants who will be using this tool. Consequently, I am finding it difficult to gather comprehensive feedback to inform my enhancements.
