For the past year, I’ve dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool designed specifically for an Accounting firm in the Netherlands. This innovative solution allows users to submit invoices in various formats through either phone or web interfaces. Once received, the tool efficiently extracts relevant data and forwards it to the accountants for processing.

Recently, the firm has expressed interest in upgrading and enhancing the existing system. However, I’ve encountered a significant challenge: I don’t have direct access to their accountants for user feedback. This lack of communication has made it difficult for me to gather insights on their experiences and preferences.
