Over the past year, I have successfully developed and implemented a specialized software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. This system streamlines the process of invoice management by allowing clients to submit their invoices via phone or web. It efficiently extracts necessary data and forwards it to the Accounting team, significantly improving workflow.
Currently, the firm has approached me to upgrade and enhance this tool. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I don’t have direct access to the accountants who use the system regularly, making it difficult for me to gather valuable user feedback.
