Seeking Insights for Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

As a software developer dedicated to improving the efficiency of Accounting processes, I recently completed a year-long project for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative tool I developed allows clients to submit invoices through either phone or web platforms. The software efficiently extracts relevant data, forwarding it to the accountants for further processing.

The accounting team has expressed interest in upgrading and enhancing the tool, but I’ve encountered a challenge: I lack direct access to the accountants who use the system on a daily basis.
