This platform facilitates the seamless collection of invoices from clients—regardless of whether they’re submitted via phone or the web. The tool efficiently extracts essential data and forwards it directly to their Accounting team, streamlining their workflow.
As my collaboration with the firm progresses, they’ve expressed interest in upgrading and enhancing the system. However, I currently lack direct access to their accountants, which makes it challenging to gather detailed user feedback.
