Enhancing a Software Tool for Accounting: Seeking Insights

As a developer with a year of experience under my belt, I’ve recently completed a project for a Dutch Accounting firm. The tool I created helps streamline the process of managing invoices by allowing clients to submit them via phone or web applications. This tool extracts crucial data and delivers it directly to the accountants, simplifying their workflow.

Now, the firm is looking to upgrade and enhance the system further. However, I’ve run into a bit of a challenge: I don’t have direct communication with the accountants who will ultimately use the tool. As a result, gathering detailed user feedback has proven difficult.
