Over the past year, I’ve been dedicating my efforts to developing a software solution tailored specifically for a Dutch Accounting firm. The tool I created streamlines the invoicing process by allowing clients to submit various formats of invoices through either a mobile application or a web interface. The system then extracts essential data and facilitates its delivery directly to the accountants at the firm.

I’m now at a crossroads where the firm has expressed interest in upgrading and enhancing the software. However, I face a challenge: I lack direct access to the accountants who actively use the tool. This limits my ability to gather valuable feedback on their experiences and needs, which is crucial for effective improvement.
