Over the past year, I have developed a specialized tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative software is designed to streamline the invoice management process by allowing clients to submit invoices in various formats via phone or web. The tool efficiently extracts relevant data and forwards it to their Accounting team.

Currently, the firm has expressed interest in upgrading and enhancing the system; however, I face a challenge. I do not have direct access to their accountants, which limits my ability to gather user feedback directly from those who engage with the tool daily.
