Over the past year, I’ve developed a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution allows their clients to submit invoices seamlessly through both mobile and web platforms. The system efficiently extracts crucial data and relays it to the accountants for processing.

Currently, I’ve been tasked with upgrading and enhancing the tool. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I lack direct access to the accountants who use the system daily, which limits my ability to gather valuable feedback.
