Over the past year, I have successfully developed a software solution for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative tool streamlines the process of capturing invoices from clients, whether they are submitted via phone or web, extracts the necessary data, and delivers it directly to the accountants for processing.

As I embark on the next phase of this project, the firm has requested upgrades and improvements to enhance the system’s functionality. However, I find myself in a bit of a challenging situation: I currently lack direct access to their accountants, which significantly limits my ability to gather user feedback.
