Over the past year, I’ve dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution allows clients to submit invoices in various formats via phone or web. It effortlessly extracts the necessary data, making it readily accessible for their accountants.

As I prepare to upgrade and enhance this system, I find myself in a bit of a bind. While the firm is eager for improvements, I lack direct access to the accountants who use the tool daily. Consequently, obtaining user feedback has proven challenging.
