Seeking Insights for Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to develop and implement a software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. The purpose of this tool is to streamline the invoicing process by allowing clients to submit invoices through both phone and web interfaces. This tool efficiently extracts relevant data and forwards it to the firm’s accountants, facilitating a smoother workflow.
Currently, the firm has requested an upgrade and enhancement of this system. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I do not have direct access to their accountants, which limits my ability to gather user feedback and understand their needs fully.
To ensure that I can integrate valuable features that will significantly improve the user experience for the Accounting team, I’m reaching out to this community for insights.
