Over the past year, I have dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This solution allows clients to submit invoices in various formats—whether through mobile devices or the web. The tool efficiently extracts data from these invoices and forwards it to the accountants for processing.

Now, the firm has requested that I upgrade and enhance this system. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I do not have direct access to the accountants who are the primary users of this tool, making it difficult for me to gather feedback and understand their specific needs.
