Over the past year, I’ve been diligently working on developing a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool facilitates the submission of client invoices through both mobile and web platforms, automatically extracting essential data and delivering it to their Accounting team. Recently, the firm has expressed interest in upgrading and enhancing the system. However, I find myself in a bit of a predicament, as I lack direct communication with their accounting staff, which limits my ability to gather valuable user feedback.
