Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of developing a specialized software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative system allows clients to submit invoices in various formats via phone or web, streamlining the data extraction process and delivering crucial information directly to the accountants.
Now that the initial version has been successfully deployed, the firm is interested in upgrading and refining the tool. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I currently lack direct access to the accountants who use the system on a daily basis. This makes it difficult for me to gather meaningful feedback directly from end-users about their experiences and needs.
