This tool is designed to streamline the process of capturing invoices from clients, whether submitted via phone or the web. It extracts relevant data and delivers it to the accountants for further processing.
Now, my focus has shifted towards upgrading and improving this software to enhance its utility. However, I face a challenge: I do not have direct access to the accountants who utilize the tool, making it difficult to gather feedback directly from end-users.
