Hello, fellow professionals! Over the past year, I’ve developed a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This platform allows their clients to submit invoices in various formats—whether via phone or web—and efficiently extracts relevant data that is subsequently passed on to the accountants.

As I embark on the next phase of this project, the firm has expressed a desire for upgrades and improvements. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I lack direct access to the accountants who actively use the tool, which limits my ability to gather valuable feedback from the end-users.
