Seeking Suggestions for Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

Over the past year, I’ve been developing a software solution tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool was designed to streamline the process of invoice submission—allowing clients to upload invoices via phone or web. The system efficiently extracts key data and forwards it to the accountants for further processing.
I’m currently in the process of upgrading and enhancing the tool. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I lack direct access to the accountants who utilize the system daily. This makes gathering user feedback quite difficult, and I want to ensure that the upgrades will truly benefit their workflow.
