Over the past year, I have been dedicated to developing a software tool tailored for an Accounting firm in the Netherlands. This tool is designed to simplify the invoicing process by allowing clients to send invoices through various channels, such as their phones or the web. The system then efficiently extracts the relevant data and forwards it to the accountants.

Now, the firm has approached me with a request for upgrades and enhancements to the system. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: I do not have direct access to the accountants using the software, which limits my ability to gather valuable feedback from the end users.
