Over the past year, I’ve dedicated my efforts to developing a software solution tailored for an Accounting firm in the Netherlands. This tool was designed to facilitate the submission of invoices from clients, allowing for data extraction via both telephone and web submissions, ultimately streamlining processes for accountants.

Now, as I embark on the next phase of this project—an upgrade to enhance the system—I find myself in a bit of a challenging position. Unfortunately, I do not have direct access to the accountants who use this tool daily, which limits my ability to gather valuable feedback directly from the end-users.
