Over the past year, I’ve successfully developed and implemented a software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. This system was designed to streamline the process of capturing invoices from clients, whether through phone or web submissions, extracting essential data, and relaying it to their accountants for further processing.
As I embark on the next phase of this project, the firm has requested enhancements and upgrades to improve user experience and functionality. However, I face a challenge: I do not have direct access to their accountants, which limits the amount of feedback I can gather from the actual users of the system.
