In the past year, I embarked on an exciting journey to develop a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. The primary goal was to streamline their invoicing process by allowing clients to submit invoices through both phone and web interfaces. The tool then extracts the necessary data and seamlessly delivers it to the accountants, simplifying their workload.

Recently, the firm has requested an upgrade to enhance the system further. However, I face a challenge: I do not have direct access to their accountants, making it difficult to gather firsthand feedback to inform my development process.
