Seeking Insights on Enhancing an Invoice Management Tool for Accountants

I have spent the last year developing a specialized software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative platform enables clients to submit invoices through both mobile and web interfaces. It’s designed to efficiently extract relevant data from these invoices and seamlessly relay this information to accountants for processing.
As I prepare to upgrade and enhance the system, I find myself in need of more input. Unfortunately, I currently lack direct access to the accountants using the tool, which limits my ability to gather comprehensive user feedback.
