Over the past year, I have dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool tailored to meet the unique needs of a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution enables clients to submit invoices through either phone or web interfaces, extracts the relevant data, and seamlessly transfers it to the firm’s accountants.

As part of my commitment to continually improve the tool, the firm has requested enhancements to the existing system. However, I find myself at a challenging crossroads: I lack direct access to the accountants who ultimately use the software, limiting my ability to gather valuable feedback that would inform necessary upgrades.
