Over the past year, I have developed and delivered a software solution tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool facilitates the collection of invoices through various channels, including mobile and web submissions. By automating data extraction, the system efficiently provides accountants with the necessary information to streamline their processes.
Now, the firm has approached me for improvements and updates to the tool. However, a challenge arises: I do not have direct access to their Accounting team, which limits my ability to gather valuable feedback from the end-users of the system.
