Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to design and implement a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution allows clients to submit invoices in various formats through their phones or the web. The tool intelligently extracts relevant data and seamlessly transfers it to the accountants, thus streamlining their workflow.
As I prepare to enhance and upgrade this existing system, I’ve encountered a challenge: I do not have direct communication with the accountants using the tool. This lack of access limits my ability to gather valuable feedback and insights.
