Over the past year, I have successfully developed and implemented a software solution tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative tool was designed to streamline the process of capturing invoices from clients, whether they are submitted through a phone call or a web interface. The system efficiently extracts essential data and passes it directly to the accountants for processing.

Currently, the firm is looking to enhance and refine the software further. However, I face a challenge: I do not have direct access to the accountants who use the system on a daily basis. This lack of direct communication limits my ability to gather comprehensive feedback and understand their specific needs and pain points.
