Over the past year, I have dedicated my efforts to developing a software tool tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This innovative solution enables the firm to easily collect invoices from their clients, whether submitted via phone or the web. The system efficiently extracts the necessary data and delivers it directly to their accountants.

The firm has expressed interest in upgrading and improving the current functionality of the tool. However, I find myself in a bit of a challenge: I do not have direct access to their Accounting team, which limits my ability to gather insightful feedback from the actual users.
