Subject: Difficulty Registering for Advanced ITT
Hello everyone,
I began my articleship on June 1, 2023, and it’s for a duration of three years. Now that I’ve completed one year of my articleship, I’m trying to register for the Advanced ITT. However, the website is indicating that I need to have completed two years of articleship under the new scheme, while I am actually following the old scheme.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? I would appreciate any help or guidance.
Thank you!

It seems like you’re encountering a common issue related to the registration for the Advanced ITT (Information Technology Training) course under the old scheme while you are currently undergoing your articleship. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Check Eligibility: Confirm that you meet all the eligibility criteria for the Advanced ITT under the old scheme. Sometimes, the system may incorrectly flag your status.
Contact Your Institute: Reach out to the helpdesk or the relevant department of your institute (like ICAI, if you’re in India) for clarification. They should be able to assist you with your registration issue.
Documentation: Prepare any necessary documentation, such as proof of your articleship commencement date and confirmation of your scheme, and keep it ready to share with the institute if needed.
Forum Support: If others are facing the same issue, consider joining forums or groups (like on social media or dedicated websites) for CA students where you can share experiences and get advice from peers.
Technical Glitches: Sometimes, these issues may simply be a technical glitch on the website. Try clearing your browser’s cache or trying a different browser.
Make sure to act quickly, especially if there are deadlines for registration. Good luck!
