1. I didn’t take the exam myself, but I can share some general thoughts that candidates often have after completing the CPA PEP Core 1 exam. Many candidates find the exam challenging but manageable, especially if they have prepared thoroughly. The case studies usually test both technical knowledge and the ability to apply that knowledge to real-world scenarios, which can be a key focus in study sessions.

   Candidates often emphasize the importance of understanding the CPA Competency Map and integrating concepts from various subjects. Time management during the exam can also be a significant concern, so practicing under timed conditions can help.

   After the exam, many candidates feel a sense of relief and look forward to the results, hoping their preparation pays off.
