Recently, I received the exciting news that my application for ACCA membership had been approved. When I logged into my portal today, I noticed an update reflecting my new member status. However, to my surprise, I couldn’t locate my official membership certificate. While my portal displays the certifications for three other qualifications, the membership certificate itself seems to be missing.
