Audit Syllabus Assistance Needed
Hey everyone! I’ve got my G2 exam coming up in May. I cleared my January G1, but let’s be real, two months of preparation doesn’t feel very effective, right?
I’m particularly anxious about Audit, so I’m considering focusing on the first page of the content thoroughly and skimming through the second page.
Do you think that’s a solid plan, or will I regret this approach? Any advice would be greatly appreciated to earn some good karma both here on Reddit and in real life!

Hey! It sounds like you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed with your Audit prep, but you’ve got a plan, which is a great start! Focusing on the first page contents thoroughly is a solid strategy, especially since those foundational concepts often carry over into more complex topics.
For the second page, skimming the contents isn’t ideal, but if time is really tight, make sure you at least understand the key concepts or any important sections that might frequently come up in exams. You could also consider creating concise notes or flashcards for quick reviews on those second-page topics as you go along.
Remember that Audit concepts can be interrelated, so a basic understanding of the second page might help reinforce what you know from the first page. And don’t hesitate to practice with mock exams or previous papers—practice can really boost your confidence and help you identify areas that need more focus.
Good luck! You’ve got this! And remember, no prep is ever “bekaar,” every little bit helps. 😊
