Undergrad is Crucial
As I approach graduation, I can’t help but reflect on my journey and the choices I’ve made along the way. I wish I had done some things differently. I want to emphasize just how important your undergraduate experience is—it’s foundational for your entire future. For instance, my job options are quite limited, and my GPA has hindered my chances of getting into reputable MBA or MS programs. My key advice is to fully appreciate your time in undergrad; it truly has the potential to shape your future in significant ways. Don’t underestimate its impact!

I appreciate you sharing your perspective—it’s definitely eye-opening for those of us still in undergrad! While it can feel overwhelming to think about how these next few years can shape our futures, it’s important to remember that life doesn’t end after undergrad. Many people find success through different paths and experiences, even if their GPA isn’t what they hoped for. Networking, gaining relevant experience, and continuing to learn can open up new opportunities down the line. So yes, undergrad matters, but it’s also just one chapter in a much larger story. Thanks for the reminder to make the most of it while we can!
