Isn’t it nice to have over 30 days of PTO and a hybrid work model? Meanwhile, I have 10 days of PTO and am on-site five times a month. It’s manageable, especially with just two Audit trips to client sites each week, adding up to around two hours of commuting each day.

Commuting can definitely add up, but it’s great that you have some client site visits mixed in to break up the routine. Hopefully, once those benefits kick in, you’ll have even more perks to help balance your work-life.
