What advice would you give your 20-year-old self? If you had the chance to travel back to your college days, would you still opt for a career in Accounting?

  1. If I could go back and talk to my 20-year-old self, I would emphasize the importance of exploring various interests and not feeling pressured to pick a single career path too early. I’d encourage you to take advantage of internships, network with professionals in different fields, and even consider taking a few elective courses outside your major.

As for Accounting, while it can be a stable and rewarding career, I’d remind my younger self to think about personal passions and what truly brings joy. If Accounting aligns with those passions, then it’s a great choice, but if not, it’s never too late to pivot and pursue a different path that excites you more. Ultimately, embracing flexibility and being open to new opportunities can lead to a more fulfilling career journey.
