If I could go back in time and talk to my 20-year-old self, I would emphasize the importance of exploring different interests and being open to new opportunities. I might say, “Don’t be afraid to take risks or to step outside your comfort zone. College is a time for growth and discovery.”
As for my career choice in Accounting, I appreciate the solid foundation it has provided me in terms of analytical skills and financial literacy. However, I would encourage myself to also consider complementary fields or even something entirely different that aligns with my passions. Ultimately, it’s about finding a balance between stability and following what truly excites you. What about you? Would you make the same career choice?
