It’s frustrating to see hard work and dedication go unrecognized, especially when there’s someone in the background who clearly deserves that promotion. It feels like the criteria for advancement can be more about visibility than actual performance. Hopefully, the right people notice the contributions of that quiet star and their efforts are rewarded soon!
