Building Leadership Skills in My Audit Career

I recently graduated and have begun my journey in the Audit field. I’m seeking advice on how to demonstrate my leadership potential, especially given the challenges of a virtual environment where interactions with seniors and managers are limited. If anyone has suggestions on ways to exhibit innovation, leadership qualities, or even just ways to showcase my potential within the company, I would greatly appreciate it!
