J.K. Shah Classes (Mulund)

I’ve heard that the J.K. Shah centers in Mulund and Andheri are reputed for their quality of faculty compared to others. However, they also have a reputation for being quite overcrowded. Do you think it’s worth choosing the Mulund batch, considering the strong faculty despite the larger class size? Additionally, how many students typically enroll in a single batch?

I’m currently deciding on a program for CA Foundation and also looking at another institute called Commercia in Bhandup. While it doesn’t have the same level of recognition, I’ve heard that they maintain smaller batch sizes, even though the faculty is average.

  1. Choosing the right coaching institute is crucial, especially for something as demanding as CA. J.K. Shah’s reputation for good faculty is definitely a plus, but overcrowding can hinder personalized attention. Typically, batches can range anywhere from 40 to 60 students, which might be overwhelming for some.

If you’re someone who thrives in a more intimate learning environment, the smaller batches at Commercia might be beneficial, even if the faculty isn’t as highly regarded. It ultimately depends on your learning style and what you prioritize more—quality of faculty or individual attention.

Consider visiting both institutes, if possible, to get a feel for the environment and teaching style. Speaking to current students about their experiences can also provide valuable insights. Good luck with your decision!
