I recently learned that my female manager was in tears during her Audit paper—not because it was challenging, but because she was dealing with intense period cramps. Yet, she persevered!
To all the women who tackle these challenges while navigating a demanding course: you are incredible. To those who confidently stand up for their individuality and carve out careers despite the constant reminders that “one day you’ll just manage the home,” your strength is admirable. To the women who care for younger siblings while juggling studies as parents work, often without seeking anything in return, your dedication is inspiring.
You continuously motivate us men to break through barriers in pursuit of success.
To all of you, thank you for your guidance, inspiration, and for embodying the warrior spirit.
Many of us men in this community are truly grateful for the positive influence women have in our lives, and we hope to give back in kind.
May you continue to inspire and achieve great success in your endeavors, and may you receive all the happiness you both desire and deserve.
