It’s finally here! I’ve officially advanced to a senior level. A former director of Accounting, who has come out of retirement to consult for our company, just asked me to create a VLOOKUP for them. I’ve always heard this was possible, but never imagined it would happen to me. This request has given me the confidence boost I really needed after receiving the smallest bonus of my career. Perhaps the real reward is the friendships I’m building along the way.
