Exploring Career Advancement Options Without a Formal Degree
Hello readers!
I’m currently employed as a finance clerk for a church in New York City, a position I landed somewhat unexpectedly. Since securing this role, I’ve been on a self-education journey, researching everything I’ve needed to know for the past two years. Surprisingly, I’ve developed a passion for the job and am eager to pursue it as a full-time career.
My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in music, and as a mother, returning to school full-time isn’t a viable option for me. I’ve come across the NACPB and QuickBooks programs, but I’d love to hear any additional suggestions you might have.
Thank you in advance for your insights!
