After 15 years in this profession, I am exhausted and burnt out. The late nights, weekends, and lack of time with my family have taken a toll on me. I have a 3-year-old daughter, and I don’t want her to see me as “the mom that always works.”
It seems like the average person gets to work 40-hour weeks or even less. I dream of having that kind of work-life balance. One of these days, I know it will happen. I just need to figure out how to make it a reality.
