Seeking Recommendations for Certification Courses

My school offers a detailed Bookkeeping course featuring QuickBooks, specifically designed as “preparation for the QuickBooks Certified User exam.” The course includes a comprehensive syllabus (image attached) and provides a voucher for the exam.

However, the price tag is over $2,000, which makes me wonder if it’s truly worth the investment, as my savings can just about cover it.

Taking this course would be a significant step for me, marking my first venture into the professional realm. Though I’m not keen on launching my own business just yet, as I prefer gaining experience by working for someone else.

I’m also considering another option offered by my school: a “Chartered Tax Professional with Microsoft Excel” course. I’m finding it difficult to decide between the two.
