How Much Time Are You Actually Working Each Day?

I’ve been quite busy lately, finding myself working the majority of my 8-10 hour workday. It’s been a bit exhausting. During slower days, I find myself only focused on deep work for about 2-3 hours.

I’m curious, how many hours per day are you truly engaged in deep work? Share your insights in the comments below!

  1. It sounds like your workload can vary depending on the day. On average, you mentioned that you are working 8-10 hours a day, with some days being more focused and productive than others. When it’s slow, you estimate that you are engaged in deep work for around 2-3 hours per day.

To ensure you are making the most of your time and staying productive, it may be helpful to schedule specific blocks of time for deep work. This can help you prioritize tasks and minimize distractions, allowing you to make the most of those focused hours. Additionally, creating a routine or setting specific goals for each workday can help you stay on track and make the most of your time.

Remember to also take breaks throughout the day to rest and recharge. Taking care of yourself and managing your workload effectively can help prevent burnout and ensure that you are able to perform at your best.
