I hope this post finds you well! Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to develop a software tool tailored for an Accounting firm in the Netherlands. This platform was designed to streamline the invoicing process by allowing clients to submit their invoices through both web and mobile interfaces. The system efficiently extracts relevant data from these invoices and delivers it directly to the accountants at the firm.
Recently, the firm has expressed interest in upgrading and refining this tool. However, I find myself in a bit of a conundrum: I do not have direct interaction with the accountants themselves, which limits my ability to gather useful feedback and insights for improvements.
As I embark on this journey to enhance the user experience for the Accounting team, I would greatly appreciate your advice. From the perspective of bookkeepers and accountants, what features would you recommend integrating into this software to elevate its functionality and usability?
