Over the past year, I’ve had the rewarding experience of developing a software tool tailored for an Accounting firm in the Netherlands. The primary function of this system is to streamline the process of collecting invoices from clients, whether submitted via mobile or web platforms. It effectively extracts key data and transfers it seamlessly to their Accounting team.

Now, I’m on a mission to enhance this tool further, responding to feedback from the firm’s management. However, one significant challenge I face is the limited direct communication with the accountants who will be using this tool daily.
