Seeking Insights for Enhancing an Accounting Software Tool

Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to develop and implement a unique software solution tailored for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool allows clients to submit their invoices through either a mobile application or a web portal. It efficiently extracts relevant data, which is then forwarded to the accountants for further processing.
Currently, the firm is requesting an upgrade to this system, but one challenge I’m facing is the lack of direct access to the accountants who use the tool. As a result, obtaining user feedback has proven difficult, hindering my ability to fine-tune the features based on their specific needs.
