For the past year, I have dedicated my efforts to developing an innovative software tool for a Dutch Accounting firm. This tool has been designed to streamline the process of collecting invoices from clients, regardless of their format, via phone or web. Once the data is extracted, it is seamlessly transferred to the firm’s accountants for further processing.
Recently, the firm has requested that I enhance and refine this system. However, one challenge I face is the lack of direct communication with the accountants who use the tool daily. Without their firsthand feedback, it has become challenging to identify areas for improvement.
